These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using "MorselFlow" (the "App") provided by Noetic Frame ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is designed to help users record meal photos and review their eating history over time. The App may display possible food candidates or meal tendency information based on photos or user input. Such information is provided for reference only and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You are responsible for registering, reviewing, and managing photos, notes, and other information in the App at your own discretion and risk.

Photos, notes, meal records, and other data registered in the App are managed within the scope of the device, App settings, and available App features. Data may be lost due to device loss, App deletion, device migration, operating system changes, or other circumstances. You are responsible for managing important information. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how user information is handled.
The App may display advertisements. We may also offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the terms and procedures of the applicable app store.
If a minor uses the App, the minor should do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including software, design, logos, text, images, and other content, belong to us or their rightful owners. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or otherwise use such content without our prior permission.
We may change the content, features, specifications, or conditions of the App, or suspend or terminate all or part of the App, as necessary. Except as required by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from such changes, suspension, or termination.
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the App will meet your purposes, remain continuously available, be free from defects, or provide accurate information. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.
We may restrict or suspend your use of the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if we determine that such action is necessary for the operation of the App.
We may change these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms will take effect when displayed on this page or within the App. If you continue using the App after the Terms are changed, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
