Recorded days remain useful when you also notice which days are missing.
Several records can help you compare restaurant days, workdays, and weekends. But the picture can still be biased if the unrecorded days are consistently the busiest or most unusual ones.
Try recording what you can for seven days, then add two labels: day of the week and whether you ate away from home. Look for the conditions that change your meals instead of scoring each day.
