Support & Contact
Help with importing, reading, and subscriptions.
Contact us
If the guidance below does not resolve the issue, prepare an email through “Feedback & requests” in the App or email contact@noeticframe.com. Include your device model, OS, ScrollArc version, and the steps that led to the problem.
Do not attach document text, Markdown files, AI exports, search terms, highlights, bookmarks, or confidential information.
ScrollArc Plus is being prepared for release.
Purchases are not currently available because the external products are not configured. Intended US pricing is US$1.99 monthly or US$12.99 annually. At release, the localized price shown by your store inside the App will control.
Import a ChatGPT or Claude export
Select the original ZIP or conversation JSON from an official ChatGPT or Claude account export. ScrollArc inspects it on-device and shows a conversation list. Choose the conversations you want, and they are added to your local reading library.
ChatGPT chat.html, images, attachments, tool execution records, hidden reasoning, and system messages are not supported. A selected ZIP or JSON file may be up to 100 MiB, and each converted document may be up to 10 MiB.
Import regular Markdown
ScrollArc accepts UTF-8 encoded .md and .markdown files up to 10 MiB. You can also paste text, share from another app, or browse a public GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repository by URL. Private-repository access is not requested.
If changes from the previous copy do not appear
Diffs and version history require a source that ScrollArc can safely identify as the same document. Examples include the same ChatGPT or Claude conversation ID, the same public repository, branch, and path, or the same file’s operating-system identifier or path. A matching title or filename alone is not used because it could link unrelated documents.
Subscription Support ID
In a build where Plus is available, Settings > Support shows a “Subscription Support ID.” It is the anonymous App User ID generated by RevenueCat and can be copied into a subscription support request.
This ID is not a login or proof of purchase. Do not publish it, and use it only when contacting support. A build without external RevenueCat configuration may show that the ID is unavailable.
Restore a purchase
- Sign in to the device with the same Apple Account or Google Account used for the purchase.
- Open Settings or the Plus screen in ScrollArc.
- Select “Restore purchases” and wait for the store check to finish.
If access is still not restored, send the Subscription Support ID, the store used, and the approximate purchase or renewal date. Do not send a receipt image or document text unless we specifically request it.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Use “Manage subscription” in the App to open the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription page. You can also manage it directly in your store account settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
Request a refund
Request a refund through the Apple App Store or Google Play where the purchase was made. The store decides whether a refund is granted. After a refund or revocation is reflected, new Plus actions become unavailable, but local documents and existing annotations remain.
Delete documents and reading state
- One document: open Document details from the Reader menu and choose “Delete local copy.”
- All documents: choose “Delete all local documents” in Settings. Documents, history, reading positions, highlights, and bookmarks are removed.
- ScrollArc creates no account, so there is no account-deletion process.
Deleting documents or the App does not cancel Plus. Cancel through the store subscription page.
Usage and crash diagnostics
Disable “Usage & crash diagnostics” in Settings. Reading features continue to work when diagnostics are off. Diagnostics do not include document text, titles, filenames, searches, highlights, or bookmarks. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If content renders unexpectedly
ScrollArc keeps readable source fallbacks when a math or Mermaid block cannot be rendered. If a particular document triggers a problem, describe the Markdown element and reproduction steps without sending the document itself.
